As the app use case is projected to be seasonal, the key outcomes for the product revolved around reducing friction during ticket purchasing and storing, easy browsing through optimal navigation and search features, and event personalisation so users can ensure they don’t miss out on anything important to them.
Next steps
As the website required less intense workshopping to create a functional solution, I created the layout straight into Sketch.
The website had a more simplified use scenario, requiring content to spread awareness and give an overview on the festival, as well as functioning as a resource hub; so it will be maintained year-round. It contains important PDF information and documentation to assist those interested in contributing to the festival. As sponsorship is the main income source, modules appear early in the landing page to encourage donors and patrons.
