Information architecture
A content audit was performed on the existing site to understand the previous structure of information. The content structure of the app was refined to focus on content discovery, and scheduling management. The website would then focus on organising resource documents, facilitating sponsorship enquiries, and spreading festival awareness year-round.
Next steps
Focusing on a refined information architecture allowed both the websites and apps to have organised content suitable for common use case scenarios.
