I developed a brand strategy for Williams Property Company; an adaptive real estate brand built on the constant evolution of skills and knowledge of its people.

The visual system communicates the high performance of the company by blending traditional visual styles with contemporary layout trends. A suite of brand messaging was built to showcase the intergenerational expertise and assertive confidence boasted by the brand.

The client wanted to acknowledge the company’s heritage while infusing the energetic vivacity of its new owners.

Taking inspiration from the layered messaging of leading banks, I aimed to create a brand that didn’t broadcast its status in the property sector to increase emotive relatability with its people.
