I’m a Senior Product

Designer living and

working in Sydney.

About me

I focus on solving the problems important to people, and collaborating with them (users, stakeholders, designers) to get it done. I’m currently working on ways to connect Woolworths in-store customers with our app to save them money and time. I’ve also been helping to scale design thinking within organisational roadmaps by upskilling teams in experimentation, accessibility and strategy.

I also care a lot about the ethics of AI.

Skills

  • I am currently working with product teams to co-lead the omni-channel planning strategy for Woolworths website and app. I work in an agile environment with cross-functional departments to explore growth opportunities for the wider business. I leverage the skills and talents of my team members to work effectively within product delivery cycles.

  • Knowledgeable in Human Interaction Guidelines, and Material Guidelines. I contribute to the central Design System (CORE) utilised by WooliesX in multiple working groups, and build individual design patterns backed by best practice guidelines to assist team leads.

I advocate for sustainably balancing native platform consistencies with the wider omni-channel experience when working within shared design libraries with my team members.

  • I strive to build meaningful user experiences that align with targeted stakeholder outcomes. I question the boundaries of ideas to produce innovative concepts and connections in my work, and leverage the skills and talents of my team members to work effectively within product delivery cycles.

  • Understanding of WCAG and a11y conventions. I am part of a targeted team dedicated to building an omni-channel accessibility kit that WooliesX has used across the ecosystem. As part of this, I have made meaningful contributions to how Dynamic Text Sizing can assist sight-impaired customers when engaging with our services. Currently working on a Learning Pathway to upskill Woolworths Group designers in practical methods to apply key accessibility principles.

  • I engage with the entire research methodology process. I can moderate, recruit and facilitate user testing. I can rapidly generate next steps from delivering quantitative research methods such as surveys, live experimentation, KANO, and analytics tools. I synthesise insights into meaningful actions, and iterate based on findings.
